I am having a problem creating cloth, hair, etc. from an obj file. I've exported hair from DAZ Studio as an obj, but when I go to create in CC3 I only get the option for Cloth, Hair, Acc (with FBX key).

You want the next option below that: Create > Accessory. Then Modify > Transfer Skin Weights and you can change it into Cloth/Hair. I find it better to just export the whole clothed FBX from Daz and then save the items individually to the custom library.

Thanks. I was wondering if it's necessary to transfer skin weights? I tried to save it as an FBX in DAZ Studio but when I try to create Cloth, Hair, Acc (with FBXkey) in CC3 it states the FBXkey file path is empty. Also, is there a way to export hair from DAZ Studio with morphs? I am new to this so any help is much appreciated.

Anthony, are you using CC3 for iClone or CC3 Pipeline?

It's funny, I was just going to say that one of Mike Kelley's videos shows you how to do this, and he just uploaded a video to show you how to do exactly this. It's your lucky day!
