I just tried to import an Armour/colothing OBJ, via Create> Clothing, Hair, Acc,.. It now has (with FBXKey)
I now brought pipline everything after upgrading 3DxChange (which in the case it not got anything to do with this import) I have before imported OBJ's NOT now I used the transform tool to bring in a Daz 3D FBX file and tried Create> Clothing, Hair, Acc only to find the only option is FBX and the menu has (with FBXKey) on it now

It's badly named -- go to Create and choose "Accessory". That will allow you to import either an OBJ or FBX. You can then convert to clothing/hair/shoes by using the appropriate transfer weights.
