I bought Cartoon Character Designer : Toon Figures. Had a difficult time loading it. I got the " toon hair" loaded. But i haven't been able to load the "toon figures at all, or haven't I?  All I have is (look at image below) is this..... Cartoon Base 3DXFACeANIMPoRFILE File... But i don't know where to put ti so I can open the neutral base figure and the other figures of "toon figures". I've tried to open it in 3DXchange, Iclone7, and Character Creator 3, to no avail.. Someone please HELP!!!

When you open CC3 you ought to see them there as both characters and morphs.

Thanks for your reply. But no. I don't have them in CC3. What do I need to do to get the toon figure folder there? Also when I download the files I boght for the toon figures all  I got was a zip folder that said "Toon_Figures_FaceAnima_Profile" which opened up to reveal the previous image of "Cartoon Base". If this is all there is to it, where can I place the file and how. in CC3?

Go to your account here and download the NLD file, which will install them correctly (you just run it).

NLD File?  Do you mean the reallusion content downloader?r

When I click on the toon figures, cartoon bas,e it open up iclone 7. but I cant find find the files there.

Right, you download the content in the NLD, and run it and it will install your content in the right directories.  You cannot do this manually.

The file you need is called Install.RLD (not NLD). So go to your Reallusion Account > Order History page and click the Download link and then click the Install.RLD download link (see below).

I used the RLD (various time), i get the toon figures download and all I get is the "cartoon base" If i click on  it, iclone 7 opens up, but there's nothing there. Isn't the toon figures file supposed to be in Character Creator 3?
