Just getting started here, and have the iPhone XR connected through USB. Decent computer specs (alienware laptop) The iPhone mesh tracks perfectly, but the iClone CC character can't seem to keep up. Freezes every few seconds and then whips through a bunch of very fast movements trying to catch up.It seems like the data is not getting through, or it is getting buffered. Any suggestions? Thanks!

What graphics card?  (It really all comes down to that -- anything less than a 1070 may well have problems.  1080 and up is better).

Thanks for replying. It has:
GTX 1070
i7-7700HQ at 2.8GHz

There is a machine with a 1080 at work, so maybe I should try that...

I would at least try that other machine.  1070 ought to work (although frankly I've never tried it with anything lower than a 1080 -- I have LiveFace on my 1070 machine, though, so I could give it a go to see).  Make sure nothing else is running (bring up Task Manager and disable everything using more than a tiny percentage of CPU and check your GPU usage as well).

I've never had any issues but I run the Titan card on a much more powerful machine (I also only use wi-fi).
