Hi,
I have a rigged charcater (Maya Human IK) and after i import into 3dxchange and "convert to non standart charcater", i choose " Maya Human IK" preset but the "convert" button stays dimmed adn i cant convert.
The green circle shows that the rig is properly mapped...
Any thoughts?
Thanks

I did have this problem myself, in my case a bone was not parented. I went back to find the hip bone was not connected to the first spine bone. It looked like it was but but the spine bone was not parented to anything.
