Good morning. Since I installed iClone 7, but still working with iClone 6, the program doesn't find some object files related to the trees, plants and Grass. One of the files is the name above. I still find it in the folder, but the program doesn't find it. I would reinstall, but I don't have the pack any longer available.

You can download/reinstall content from your user account, or from your inventory if the items were purchased in the Marketplace.

Thank you, Gerry. I actually purchased the complete tree content yesterday but the issue still accuses. I am not sure what part of the content is missing. Although it affects the trees (some don't have stems) it seems to be not included in the content pack.

I found all the missing files in a folder named program\STB. Shall I copy past them into the tree folder?. Its about 900 files sitting there -.-

Copying the files anywhere won't solve the problem. It would appear that something has gone wrong when installing either iClone 7 and, or, the Tree pack. The quickest solution at the moment would be to uninstall iClone and then reinstall it, making sure that you are connected to the internet while doing both. If that doesn't work then you should contact Reallusion support to see if they can solve the issue, getting an answer can take up to 2 days so going the uninstall/reinstall route would be the best way to start.
