So, i have purchased this package https://marketplace.reallusion.com/realistic-human-middle-aged-male

However, none of the content is displayed in the Character Creator meaning that I can't really use the package.

I am using character creator 3 

i hope someone is able to help me!

In Content Manager try looking under Base > Skin & Morph (AvatarPreset) > Head. That's where the full Realistic Human 100 pack is installed so the individual head should hopefully be there as well.
