Still on Motion Live 2D, in the software page, the plugin appears in the features section, which implies that it is included. When we click on the plugin and are directed to purchase, the link of the pipeline version appears. That does not include the plugin.

Webcam and iPhone support are separate plugins on version 4 of the software and need to be purchased separately or as part of a bundle which includes the main software and the plugin.  It's a little misleading and makes you think it's included with the main application.  Look for bundles and there should be a mocap bundle.  At the moment the plugin is half price at $99.  If you own V4 already it might be worth dropping sales an email.
