It would be nice to right click on a collect clip and reverse it, seems a simple task that is tedious to do manually but would be simple to do in code.

I think you can collect a clip. Paste it and then reverse it.

I think you can collect a clip. Paste it and then reverse it.That feature is available in iClone but not yet in Cartoon Animator sadly.
