DA points code not accepted. I received this email from RL..... "Reallusion News" < SENDER@dmt.reallusionnews.com> May 6, 2019, 4:07 PM (1 day ago) Redeem Your FREE 1,000 DA points NOW The code given does not work... invalid code. I Was advised by online support to make a support ticket. RESULTS ARE: Support Notice System Error! Please try again later! 2 days now.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with the Support Form. The issue may be related to the browser you are using. We recommend you use Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Unfortunately, there are known issues with Internet Explorer and Firefox.
The problem could also be related to your security software which in some cases can block the sending off the support form. Issues have been reported with Malwarebytes and Bitdefender so check if you are using those and possibly try disabling them briefly while you send your support ticket.
Alternatively, you can email direct to support@reallusion.com but this may take longer to get a reply than by using the recommended Support Form.
