The character's mouth doesn't move when RECORD + SYNC is selected. Is it supposed to?

Hi J-wag,

May I inquire what kind of set up do you use to record the audio,
is it a bulit-in microphone, dedicated microphone, or another type?

Also did the audio playback just the way you recorded?
(you could also check that within timeline> Face>Voice>click the arrow in front of voice to expand it)

If so, may I suggest that you turn up the lipsync's sensitivity,
there's a slider below the lipsync checkbox.
And please make sure your face is within the viewfinder of Face3D,
lipsync only works if a face is detected.

1. I'm using a headset.
2. The audio does play back, but no lip movement.
3. The lips move fine when LIP SYNC is not checked.

Hi J-wag,

Thank you for providing us with more detail, we would like to further inspect on the subject,
may I suggest that you sent us a project regarding the issue?
Kindly sent us the detail through tech support:

Per your third point, lipsync utilizes by analyzing the input sound wave and set lips key accordingly,
if you deselect lipsync, the lips movements are generated by what the Face trackers detect,
hence is recorded as motion, rather than lips key.
