Please tell me I am wrong here! 

Every time a texture is put into Displacement it deactivates the Bump/Normal.

Is this a limitation of iClone currently?

Wait a minute....
The Displacement is merely accentuating the bump map as a height map?....

I don't want this, how do I get them to exist independent of each other....
Like a texture displacement with a bump on top of that?

Because you can apply Tessellation, but that reduces all detail.  And then, you can't even control the Bump amount when a Displacement is applied....
