I bought a gazillion G3 power packs and content for CTA3. Today, I installed CA4 and none of that shows up in the CA4 content manager. Do I really have to go back and install it all? Why waste the drive space duplicating content? Is there a way to have CA4 use the content from CTA3?
I really do not want to duplicate gigs and gigs of data, much less use that clunky content downloader a million times again.

You can find out the various ways to copy or move your content from CTA3 to CTA4 on the FAQ page below. https://kb.reallusion.com/Product/52812/How-does-Cartoon-Animator-4-access-the-previous-version-DRM-contents

Thanks Peter! That seems to imply that the only way to do this is to duplicate my entire content library... seems such a waste ... it’s like a million gigs so now it has to be there twice, one for CTA3 and another for CA4?

Hi... Long term there won't be much point in keeping CTA3 on your computer unless you wish to keep it for the built-in facial mocap. Cartoon Animator 4 can do everything CTA3 can so once you are comfortable with CTA4 you can safely uninstall CTA3 and remove all the duplicated content.
