Hi there. Bought 2 avatars from backstage. Previously,they were trial versions in my content manager (iClone4, XP). While the dialog box told me that both installed fine, one of them reverts back to its trial status whenever I try to load it onto the stage and shows a watermark. I have to redownload it to get the "trial" label to go away from the icon in the content manager but then the same thing happens when I drag it in.
I've run content 1-click verification and deleted the file in the folder and then redownloading - nothing has worked.

Any suggestions?

You may have to wait for it to go away...RL is currently doing server maintenance and migration of content. The schedule of the activity is a pop-UP when entering the forum.
