UNFLAT MESH WHEN EXPORTING FBX

As I say on the title, I've a problem during FBX exportation.

Everything seams ok into iClone, but when I import the animation in 3ds max, the character is sometimes unflat at some part... I need the FBX export, cause of the morpher I use in 3ds max to achieve the animation...

Note : with the alembic export everything is fine in 3ds max.
