So -- you're saying you DID figure out the eye problem? Again, might be a language issue. Also, I wouldn't use Mason clip (a very old one) as your standard. Try and animate the eyes yourself and see what happens and see if you have issues. There were definitely known issues with eye rotations for certain Daz figures but they should have been (mostly) straightened out. I don't see any particular problems with this figure but I'm creating the animations myself.

I do not succeed to create cc3 pixie right now i have a problem with a cap earring etc. This is happening to me.

It looks like the cap has some parts weighted to the shoulders of the character. You may need to edit the weights, or convert to an accessory and attach it to the head.

As Rampa says -- I made the hat an accessory and it works fine. For the earrings you can also select them so they won't deform -- um, I haven't done that yet, but it's in the edit weights section and I'm sure you can find a tutorial on it.
