I am running an old PC so I decided to move to Shadow PC. Although it is a virtual machine, it has a dedicated Quadro P5000 with 16GB VRAM. Overall it is way better than my current PC. The problem is iClone 7 will not install on it. I get a message that it will not install on a virtual machine. However, CC3 and all other Reallusion products, including Iray Render Plug-in, install just fine. iClone 7 and iClone dependent applications will not install. Any particular reason for having this limitation?

I'm not familiar with Shadow PC. RL has mentioned on previous occasions that iClone will not work on a virtual PC, that is one known bottleneck. In addition, a Quadro is not specifically suited for iClone and not recommended. For Nvidia your choice is either newer GTX or RTX series GPUs.

Ok thanks, I wonder if they will reconsider at some point. This is not a typical VM. It has its own copy of Windows 10 and dedicated hardware. The Quadro may not be recommended but this is my current PC compared to Shadow:
AMD FX 8150 12GB RAM RX 480 GPU 8 GB
vs
Intel Xeon CPU E5-2678v3 @ 2.50GHz 2.50GHz 12GB RAM Nvidia Quadro P5000 16GB
