Which product will be best will really depend on the type of projects you plan to create.

Both products will allow you to create talking animated characters with automatic lip-sync, however, CrazyTalk 8 only animates heads. These can be 2D or 3D heads. It is very easy to learn and has features such as automatic facial animation which means you can create a basic project in just a few minutes.

Alternatively, with CrazyTalk Animator you have a full 2D animation studio in one package. You can create and animate full-bodied characters and add scenery and props. Because it is more detailed it does have a steeper learning curve than Crazytalk 8 but if you are planning on making story-based cartoons then CTA will be ideal.
