As much as many others, no explanation is provided for this function...
It's a "get()" but the returned values seems to be retrieved "by reference"... just my guess, but I am kind of tired to waste my time making experiments in order to try to understand how all of these undocumented things work.
If anybody from RL is out there, pls, help us with some updated doc...Hi Roberto,
Sorry, we missed the sample code.
We will make up as soon as possible

You can try the following code:
import RLPy
avatar = RLPy.RScene.FindObject( RLPy.EObjectType_Avatar, "CC_Standard" )
ret_max = RLPy.RVector3()
ret_center = RLPy.RVector3()
ret_min = RLPy.RVector3()
ret = avatar.GetBounds( ret_max, ret_center, ret_min )
print( ret_max.x )
print( ret_max.y )
print( ret_max.z )
