I imported a video into my scene as a billboard and it looks okay when play the scene but when I render it the video is no longer visible. Its just blank. I'm using I clone 7. Thanks

Make sure you use AVI (MP4 doesn't work).

MP4 does work. You just load it in the diffuse channel. That's all. I would recommend to use MP4 only because it safes video RAM.

No, actually it doesn't always (I've sent the offending project to RL and they confirm). So I would at least try AVI and if it works he knows the problem.

I confirm : sometimes MP4 works, sometimes it doesn't, but for me, AVI always works

The most reliable options to use are AVI or WMV. MP4 can be problematic as already mentioned.
