- downloaded and installed iCloneEX - created an account - ran the program - clicked 'sign in to activate' - entered my email address and password - got an error:
'Failed to login. Invalid serial number. Please contact Reallusion'
I've opened a ticket but the response time is 2-3 days. Anyone seen this problem before and knows a solution?

Are you able to login to the account with which you registered iClone4 EX?

Yes, I can log in to the reallusion.com website ok (hence I am able to post here). Just tried: - reinstalling iClone4ex - registering a second account - activating using the second account same errror It seems you are doing everything correctly. I actually meant your Account, rather than the forum in my previous post. If you are able to login to your account then you should be able to see if iClone4 EX is listed and has been registered. With regards to Support. In busy times it can take 2 or 3 days but normally it is much sooner. Keep an eye on your spam or junk folders as sometimes emails end up there too. This may be a temporary issue with the registration server which will hopefully be resolved soon. Whatever the reason, apologies for the inconvenience caused. Support should get back to you very soon.

Running into the same exact error.
Tried on two different systems (laptop and desktop). Disabled firewall, antivirus, etc. (And yes, can log into my account.)

This does indeed appear to be a registration server issue. It has been reported and should be fixed very soon. Again, apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Dear users, Due to the reason of the EX SN settings, you cannot activate their iClone4 EX. We have already fixed this mistake. Please re-try activation iClone4 EX.
Yours sincerely,
Mick Technical Support Reallusion Inc. www.reallusion.com

Mick, I am not quite clear on what we need to do to activate iCloneEX. But you say it is fixed and to retry. I've tried simply restarting it, and retrying the activation, but it still fails. Do we need to download an updated/fixed version? Or something else? rj P.S. From logs I think I can give you the IP address that iClone is communicating with, if that would help.

Peter/Mick, thanks for the replies. I have just tried to activate again and it appears to have worked this time.
