We are looking for a rigger ( hobbyist /freelancer) who can rig us an eagle (model is available ) that acts and moves like a human but looks like a bird.

okay, that's nearly by and nice BUT not really what we are looking for.
the arms are arms and not the wings that can do the hand movement.
it should be like in the example :-)

your eagle is already riged but for a bird behaviour , so i remade the rig for simulate hands and fingers, but the model was not made for that
and it cannot talk. if you need a eagle full riged/animated and talking . i can make it for you , i can animate too or i can deliver the avatar already ready for animation and talk , for you made it. but if you only need your model riged as i showing in this video just contact me on facebook
