Just got the message that RL Hub shall be updated... launched the update... crash!!!

I updated the RL Hub 2 hours ago.
There was no problem. Even after the update, the HUB worked flawlessly - no crash

I am having a problem where it says it can not install on a vertical machine but it's not! I do have Hyper-V turned on for my computer but I am installing it on the host not a vm.

Please can you contact Technical Support regarding this issue and let them have your log.

Now you can download and re-install Hub from https://www.reallusion.com/hub/#free_download

For those who have experienced the -5001 error, this can be because of an incomplete or corrupt file.

If you do experience this issue, please try deleting the file from the location below and then try to download and install again. Thanks.
