Because since Unity 4.3 supported Blendshapes aka Morphtarget ,
is Megafier not needed.
Megafier was in old Days the alternative solution for vertexanimation based support in Unity . But a Facial Expression can also made as a Bonebased Animtion.
Anyway, All what you need is , Export as Motionplus from 3D xchange . That store also the facial Animation. no matter if bone or morphbased.
If your Character Face Expession is Morphbased you get also all Facial Expression MorphsTargets as Slider . wich are listed in the Unity Inspector.
