I made one for my Halloween video a last year (not this year's Halloween video). It's a CC2 character, though. You can see it here:
I'm going to guess I could do better now (for CC3, using Headshop).

Well, if you want you can have that one. Or make it yourself. If I were doing this again I'd use Headshop, the superlative program that works in Daz (and then you'll need CC3 pipeline to bring it in). You could also use Facegen, but it won't work with an image that isn't straight on, or has an open mouth, or has vastly different lighting on each side of the face. Or you could use CrazyTalk 8 Pipeline (so it really depends on what you have in your toolbox). I used CT for that Obama.
