I've tried Chrome and Edge on Windows 10, and I cannot submit a Support Form. The system just seems to hang, shown below.https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/1db4e72f-6137-4ffd-b38d-049c.jpgng after pressing submit.

I had the same issue with one of my machines.  Some testing showed that McAfee Web Protect and Bitdefender can cause this.  Try disabling whatever you use then submit a ticket again.  If I find more causing this or you have something different let me know.  Would be nice to update the list.

Latest test with Malwarebytes worked again.   Seems a little iffy because it works then another update and it doesn't.

Thanks for this. I use Bitdefender so that is probably the answer. In the meantime, I found an email address for the department I wanted, so sent my message that way. At least I now know where to look next time. Cheers.
