Hi everybody!
Can anyone tell me an alternative to contact the reallusion support? The QForm.html doesn't work. Neither yesterday nor today ;-(( Does anyone have the same issue?

I just checked and the form works for me. I am using Chrome on Windows. https://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/UserEx/QForm.html.
You may want to try a different browser, although I don't know if that would make a difference....
EDIT: Another user reported problems with Firefox.

@Animagic Don't get me wrong: I could open https://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/UserEx/QForm.htmlbut I couldn't submit. Does this work for You?

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I can't really test submitting as I have no issues. Is the button there but is it ineffective?

I 'am not aware of any issues with the Support system. Can you post a screenshot of the error message you receive when submitting your Support Ticket, or if you don't get an error message, please explain exactly what happens. Thank you.

The page turns white and the "waiting"-circle appears. Can wait for half an hour but nothing happens...

Interestingly I am getting the same issue with my rendering machine. However my laptop and workstation both work. Try adding the website to your exclusion list for antispy and antivirus.

I was having the same issue. I disabled Malewarebytes and now I can submit tickets using my rendering machine. Update: So far testing has showed McAfee Web Protect, Bitdefender and Malewarebytes to have issues.
