pressing Edit in character creator in iClone 7 tells me I must download character creator first. I do have already. the link has been broken please help.

It would appear that the installs didn't run correctly. The best, and quickest; way to try and solve the issue is to uninstall CC and iClone and reinstall both making sure that you are connected to the internet for both actions. Install iClone, and its Resource Pack first, then CC and see if that works.
