Hello, just became i clone user yesterday, Instaled i clone 7.3 - no problem ,character creator 3 no problem, but when i start to install 3dxchange it always give me this error,Can anybody help?Thanksator 3 - no

Do ensure you have uninstalled the trial version of 3DXchange 7 if you had that previously. Then try to download again using the Hub.

You can also try downloading 3DXchange 7 from your Member Account > Registration page and then double click the downloaded .exe to install.

If that doesn't help, please contact Technical Support using the link below and please supply your system dxdiag.txt. Thanks.
