I thought you could import daz content and use it on daz characters only. But I saw a video where someone had a daz character wearing what looked like some iClone store clothing. Is that possible? Can iClone content like hair, or motions, be used on Daz characters? Can Daz content be used on iClone characters? I'm sorry for the newbie questions -- i have been away from iClone for 2 years and just upgraded to v7, 3dx pipeline, and CC3 pipeline today. Thank you!

The great enhancement in CC3 is that DAZ characters are transformed into characters that are fully compatible with CC. So you can use CC and iClone clothing, motions, etc. So that opens up a whole range of possibilities. I've just started experimenting with that the other day. Here is an example of a DAZ G8 character with CC clothing and hair: I created the face from a photo using FaceGen. FaceGen can export the face as a DAZ G8 morph and corresponding diffuse maps.

As a facegen user myself, that is amazing. It looks like my adaptation of Lovecraft may happen yet!
Now if someone can figure out how to bring project evolution in from poser, the ecosystem will be truly incredible!
