I don't know how many videos I have seen where characters slide as they walk.
Could use some real non-sliding feet walk and run motions.
I lose track of it all- I think some default motions coming with iClone have that?  Or are they in a pack?

Check out this video: Besides, if you use Motion puppet, and adjust the timeline parameters correctly, the feet don't slide. You just have to adjust the length of the walk to the speed of the walk. No hard science.

Yes, it's bad that reallusion never ever gave us a functionial and correct locomotion!
Probably because they know we finally buy it Pinch

These EZ motions work very well without foot sliding...

After entering the iClone World in 2016 I quickly took the plunge and bought the 4 male packs.
I did not buy the femal ones... Sure, a lot of money but no more sliding!
In combination with some Mixamo motions (such as "short turns") you will have convincing walks and runs...
And NO, i do not get any benefits for recommending these packs!

@Reallusion
NEVERTHELESS, pls GIVE your customers A FREE FUNCTIONAL LOCOMOTION WITHOUT FOOTSLIDING...

@TonyD
I bet I know what has finally triggered you to start the thread Pinch w00t Crying Whistling Smile   Specifically with the path it's hard to get it right.
Those EZ motions are a slap in the face of RL. Agreed with Toystorylab, those should be in iClone and free.

I have found this method to be effective. In fact it's probably the best way to make a character walk, there's a few different walk motions available too
