You need to apply the supplied t-pose to your character before you export (you'll find them in the DazResource/T-pose directory of CC3 Template).

Yeah, that's a problem with those boots (they are just designed wrong). I actually got them to fit well on the Gen 8 character, but then the toes of the boot pointed straight up (with no way to fix other than to edit the mesh). Some things just aren't designed well. Use another boot.

If you end up with a piece of clothing out of place, then use the Edit Mesh tool to fix it. Choose "Element" from the the options, and you can then click on one boot to select the whole thing. Then move it into place with the gizmo. You should probably then use the Transfer Weights tool to make sure it is weighted properly to the leg/foot bones.

That won't work here, Rampa -- this boot isn't just misaligned, it's got weird toe issues (I could align it perfectly with the Gen 8 figure, but as soon as I use the high heels option to get the boot on the floor the toes curl up like the shoes from the Wicked Witch of the West). So it's just a problem with that boot -- other boots work fine.

You could also try locking the feet and toes in DAZ, then re-export and re-import again to CC3 to see if that helped, if not also lock the boots shape and pose but do all this before setting the CC3 T-Pose. Before setting the CC3 T-Pose be sure the boots and all clothing and hair are "fit to" the character by the right click fit to option again, and all line up under the hip bone in the "Scene" tab's list, and if there is a foot pose for the boots use it also before setting the CC3T-Pose and (Command D) to place the character on the floor. Then I usually lock the "Y" translate for the character also. This has worked for me several times with my older V4 and M4 and some G8 G3 figures as well when running into these kinds of issues, not 100% but at least then I know if it's a bad designed clothing item as KT has mentioned. In that case I've had success one time converting the shoes to a prop then using the transfer tool to get a better fit. I'm not sure if this will work for your issue or not, but if you really want those boots then it's probably worth a try.
