I'm kind of at a loss how to proceed trying to make a character with facial hair that moves with visemes. I made a feedback tracker request for a better system, maybe if you agree you can vote it up. But anyway, right now, what is the best approach to making a character with a beard and mustache effectively speak?

I need a Fu Manchu kind of imperial beard. Long and articulated. A texture just won't cut it, I don't think.

Those have the same issue, they don't conform to the top lip, and therefore visemes. I think the best I can do is copy morphs from a character to a beard prop specially fitted in Blender to a final CC character, and then use the morph animator to morph the beard in time, hopefully. I'll have to keep the needed dialog to a minimum. Reallusion needs to address this, it shouldn't be a hard trick at all to have a beard follow the viseme track.

Hi,
Try to create the facial hair as hair. When importing, select hair, If you have already hair, it will combine all the hair as one asset.
