Hello all, I am trying to install items directly into CC3. I have copied and pasted previous CC2 items into the CC3 folders because I keep running into Installation Configuration issues. Any newer items for CC3 seem to not install directly into CC3. For example, The CC Essential Morphs & Skins. I don't know why this is happening as I was able to install the Iray Material 600 directly into CC3 with no problems, but I come across this issue when trying to download some items from the Marketplace and from my account orders. Anyone know why this is happening? I uninstalled CC2 after copying the files (Clothing, hair, props, etc) into the CC3 designated folders, so the only Character Creator program I have from Reallusion is the new CC3 . Yes my PC is updated, Yes my Reallusion Hub has all updated programs, Yes my drivers are updated... Thank you in advance.

Sometimes it's the browser. I have had problems with Chrome in the past, and then Edge would work. But having the latest version of the downloader as suggested by edh may help too.

The files are now in CC3 but for some reason the skin editor in CC3 is greyed out. I'm pulling my hair out with these bugs...

Not a bug if you are trying to edit the skin of a CC3 avatar -- that isn't implemented yet (the skin, that is -- it will work on other types).

Whether it's any transformed character imported into CC3 or the default character as shown in the image, I still get the Greyed-Out appearance editor.

Right, because they haven't implemented Substance for the skin textures, as I said. It's not a bug, they just haven't gotten around to doing it. They will eventually.

Thank you, I thought it would be ready in CC3, but thanks for the heads up nonetheless.
