iPhone X Not Connecting USB with LIVE FACE

I'm having trouble connecting today using USB with LIVE FACE. It is connecting WiFi and works better than it did before on WiFi, but I still want to connect USB for the best connection. I upgraded to iOS 12.0 but it would not connect prior to the upgrade, or after. 

After launching LIVE FACE on the iPhone X, I turn off WiFi, get the local IP of 127.0.0.1 but it will not connect. The data is streaming well and as expected on the LIVE FACE app. I tried it with and without the port number.

127.0.0.1
127.0.0.1:999

Any ideas?

To get USB to work you have to turn on hotspot. When you do that you then get the option to use USB. After selecting USB, your local IP will change. Use that IP with port 999 to connect. I’m not sitting at the computer right now so nothing to reference. The port is either 999 or 9999, don’t remember.

Hello everybody, I'm new here and I have almost the same problem to connect my iPhone Xs with my iclone 7 Live motion. I have tried by connecting both (iPhone and my desktop) with same Wi-Fi network and even a direct connection with a cable, but still no successful  connection! I followed all the available instruction on how to do that but nothing worked with me. Can any body help me to achieve that ?

Your problem looks different -- it looks as though you haven't installed the software (or not installed it properly).  Not having a connection is one thing, but not having the software show up in Live is a whole other issue.

You might want to be sure all your products are up to date -- check the Realillusion Hub and click on the "updates" tab and see what it tells you.  If that doesn't work, uninstall 7 and let the Hub reinstall all your products for you.

I'm having difficulties to connect my new iPad in USB with Live Face... The problem is I have a non-cellular iPad, so there are no way to create a hotspot to switch on USB connection. Any idea or do I have to wait for an upgrade of the Apps. It's working with Wifi but I get some regular lags that makes it hard to use ? But even with some lag, I do confirm that Live Face is SOOOO much better than Faceware !

In my case Both are not working..>Can u please explain me which setting should i try......Turn off firewall or defender or what ...bcz i am using trial version for liveface plugin
