I just purchased IClone4 with Motion Montage and Virtual Studio. I downloaded IClone and it installed. I created an account and thought I registered it. Tonight I downloaded the other content but when I tried to install I got a message that "Registered IClone & content pack records do not match" and the install was stopped. When I log in to my account and try to enter my serial number, it says the number has already been registered, but shows 0 products in the list below the number entry field. I would appreciate any help

I have the same problem and have a thread already going on this. Let me know if you get a solution. iClone registered ok for me but not the other two from Powerpack. Ted

Thanks Ted....sounds like the same problem I'm having. I also e-mailed support, but they say it's a 2-3 day wait for a reply. I'm starting to think this is a pretty unstable product or they aren't very interested in supporting it. I'll let you know if I hear anything...you do the same

I am having the exact same problem ... When I click the activate button on the website, there is a little message in the top right of the window that says "Loading..." but it never goes away and I never receive notification that they have been activated ... sounds like a server problem. Please let me know if they give you a solution.

Hi Don, The problem you are reporting is caused when your content purchase records do not match those of your registered iClone. This should happen automatically upon purchase but sometimes an error prevents the database updating and registering the content. You have done the right thing in contacting support. Although it says 2-3 days it is normally much less than that so keep an eye on your mailbox and also your spam or junk folders as sometimes emails from support do end up there. Once the content packs are successfully added to your account you should be able to install the packs correctly. This shouldn't take long now you have notified support. Please accept out apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

Don, its normal for us to get frustrated and suspicsious when online products do not function as advertised because of all the online-fraud out there but Reallusion responded to my problem within a day and then had it fixed the next. I'm going to bet that your problem will be fixed today as well. Good luck, Ted

pfowler, your prloblem is exactly what mine did. The solution is to contact Support. I also sent Support a screenshot of the error message that came up when I tried to install the plugins. So if you do that first time you contact them it may spped things up for you. Ted
