I was contacted yesterday morning by Paul's sister Sharon Spriggs. She informed me that Paul had passed away after his battle with cancer. Paul, known to many as Kibishipaul, was a valued member of our community and a very talented artist. He was a loving father to his son Ewan and devoted husband to his wife Mayumi. May he rest in peace. The Passion Competition did a small tribute to him. On a personal note, Paul was an inspiration to me and was one of the driving forces of me keeping the Passion Competition going as long as it did. I will always cherish the friendship he and I had.
Passion is my business.

I wish to also reflect Antonnis' sentiments... Although not knowing Paul personally, I've gained a small 'glimpse' of this artist by viewing his creative videos (liked to the 'tibute' page). He will surely be missed. This is a difficult time for Paul's family and friends - but his inspiration lives on .....

Paul was very active in the Moviestorm community. He was a teacher and always striving to make something new and engaging for his students. His movie productions were often based on historical events to fit into his teaching.
A kind, thoughtful, generous man. He will be missed.

Though i never heard of "Kibishipaul" or saw/remind a post from him in here, my condolences to the bereaved family/friends. Life has an end as candlelight would fade, but in the heart, memories yielded will forever be embedded.

His videos will be a lasting tribute to the man. I'm sure he hoped, as I do, that they will carry his memory and inspiration to his descendants. I never knew the man but it's always sad when the world loses another artist. My condolences to the family. pete
