I followed many tutorials on character design in photoshop with your templates. But when I open character animator 3 and I try to import my psd file with the create G3 free bone actor button, I can't see any psd files. In fact, I can only import jpeg, png or bmp... So totally unuseful. What else can I do to import my own characters?

Hi... Which version of Crazytalk Animator 3 do you have? PSD import is only available in the Pipeline edition.

I have the pro edition, I thought it was enough (enough money for this kind of alternative product at least)... This is pretty dishonest to sell a program with a bunch of tutorials that you can't do. This "you can only do it with the pipeline edition" appears nowhere. I won't recommend this software, ask for a refund and go straight back to character animator/aftereffect

The differences between versions are clearly stated on each product page. You should always check these first to ensure you are getting the correct features for your needs. For example the differences between CrazyTalk Animator 3 editions is shown HERE. You can see that Pipeline is required for PSD import and export. However if you have purchased CTA3 in the last 14 days you can certainly request a refund. Please contact Customer Support using the form HERE. They will be able to help you out. Thanks.
