The panel shown when files are missing is a PITA!
You can't see which file you gonna reassign Pinch
In my case i only see "E:\Bazoonga\REG..."
If there are several files, you don't know which one to pick!
So at the end it is useless and you have to go to the single objects to do so.
Either RL makes sure you can increase this panel so you can see the whole info
or makes sure that you have the complete info shown when you click "browse"...
THANX

I'm not at my computer at the moment so can't check this, but can't you drag the divider between File Path and File Extension to the right so you can see the full file path? You can normally adjust column widths this way such as in Scene Manager when you need to see full object names.

Unfortunately, you can't make the column wide enough. I ran into the same problem the other day.

I have this problem quite often. eg:

1) whenever my texture library grows too big in one category and I need to sub-categorise to keep everything easy to find.

2)  whenever I'm working on my laptop with a spare drive for textures and files-in-progress, and then return a project to my main pc.
e.g. Since I live an hour from the nearest city, I often need to take my work with me while while my car is serviced, while my kids play sport or whatever,
but most of my work needs to be done at home in my office.

& 3) Just this morning - when my main external Y-Drive 2TB Library of textures nuked itself and I had to replace it with my Z-Drive 3TB backup.

So, yes please Reallusion, I'd also appreciate a feature for "find texture" or "replace tex with"... so that when I locate one file for iClone, it automatically:
a) notices all other files it needs in the same folder
b) offers me an option to fetch those other files too
& c) offers me the option to save/copy/move them to a new location

... and same feature for Crazytalk Animator3 would also be very helpful please...?

So if there is a feedback tracker already logged for this, please share the link so I can add my vote for it..?

Oops, Peter is right Blush
You CAN drag the divider...

I tried it in the black field, not in the grey one...
Sorry, this works for me now BigGrin

But you are lucky. My path length sometimes exceeds the available space (even when I drag the divider).
As far as I remember, last time I used this, I referenced the path from a tooltip. Just had to memorize as it disappears rather quickly.
That window still needs to be resizable (horizontally at least).

You can widen it, but as 4u2ges points out, it's sometimes not enough for long paths. The possibility to widen the window itself would indeed be helpful.

There is another way to find out the missing files: in Project Settings... click External Files (it's at the bottom). This will create a text file listing all external image and video files.
