I'm pretty sure i can. There's all sorts of art styles and animation style, best bet is to join the site, post as much detail about the look and feel of these waves. Any particular cartoon style etc. I was curious as to how difficult doing waves in CTA would be, this took me about 8 mins just as a goof... I'm sure that depending on the art style and and animation degree, it might be a bit more difficult but seems relatively easy.

Cool okay thanks. I can do all the basic styles myself, but this would be for a toon backdrop in iClone 3D...
so I'm seeking something far more sophisticated that I can compile in CTA3 and then render out as an animated backdrop for iC - more like a toon version of the beach below beach but with:
* at least 2 layers of sand so it can seem to get wetter at the edge every time a wave moves in
* at least one layer of foamy water on the beach so crabs can crawl in and out or things can wash ashore
* and for a loop of at least 12 seconds
.... all in nice teal and deep blue colours, kinda like this: ... because that lovely wave can be zoomed and darkened to look like it's much bigger and further out to sea.
otherwise, maybe a big surf wave (or classical tsunami) with a longer-than-usual loop cycle for a few seconds would probably also do the trick - just as long as it's made in matching textures so it looks like it belongs in the same scene as the waves that crash onto the beach...
Preferably, the big surfing/tsunami wave would have a duplicate layer of the curl so we can make it look like a surfer is emerging from the tube...
but then we could always achieve that bit by duplicating layers and masking them in any non-linear editor, so it's less important.
However, a semi-sideways view of a super-wave like that could also be a funny city destroyer or scene transition if we sweep it in from the side.
So I'll add these notes and pics to your page later today as well, but I'd also love to keep them here in the forum please (if that's okay with you),
in case there's anyone else who happens to know where this kind of animation may already be available for sale...?
Otherwise, I can make them myself eventually I suppose...
I'd just rather be animating than making assets, whenever possible... but then I'm terrible at watching movies for the same reason.
I always want to skip straight to the thrills and spills... hahaha
