So I tried Blender for Artists and while there are things about it I do like one huge showstopper is Transfer Weights doesn't appear for me -- instead I get 10 icons (kind of like "Blender for Dummies") none of which do what I need.  Asking on the BFA forums their admin shows me the "regular" Blender screen, but this is NOT what I see (here's what I see):



Anyone have a clue as to why I'm seeing this?  (Or, more importantly, how to get it to work properly?)
