First of all -- legal request (it's freeware).  Second, the Sensei site is either broken or unmanned (several days of no response by anyone, and I can't download the file from there anymore without an error).  I don't know if the dev is dead or not (always a possibility with a one-man shop) but perhaps he's just out of town for a week or two.

In any case, I have a new machine and *really* want Sensei on it (I can't just port the python scripts from my old machine over, as Sensei doesn't install that way).  I tried Blender for Artists -- yuck.  It's pretty horrible (either that or I'm doing something very wrong, but even their admin couldn't help me with a very simple request, so I suspect it's just a dorky interface.  I may try asking here, though, because I do like certain things about it if only I could get it to work right).

TIA for any assistance.

Did you try the store?

Not sure it actually is "totally" free anymore. https://blendersensei.com/store/

I can help you get "regular" Blender set up so it's pretty easy to use, if you like.

Well that's a bummerSad

That was the only decent "re-skin" I have ever seen for Blender. I don't think much of BforA. But Blender 2.8 will have some UI improvements that are similar, like icons for some tools.

Kelly,
I just tried it (at $0) and it worked for me using Firefox.
Maybe it is working now.
V5.52 attached.

Firefox was the only browser I *didn't* try (well, out of the ones I have, like Chrome, Edge and Opera).  I didn't install it on my new machine.

But thanks -- as Rampa said, it's the only interface that is really good (standard Blender just kills me).  Perhaps the store is just working now (and not yesterday when I tried) or it didn't like my VPN or other settings on this end.
