OK ... I've downloaded the 'trial' version of popVideo 3

What I've noticed when trying to 'render' a set/prop (from inside iClone)
I select the Format as 'popVideo'
● Under Output Size, I select 'Ultra HD'
● then a message appears 'The ouput resolution of popVideo files are limited to 1920 x 1080 / 2048 x 1152 pixels on Windows 7 / 8
 operating systems'
So after showing this message it defaults to 1920 x 1080.  However I'm running Windows 10..... Has anyone been able to get an Ultra HD popVideo file exported from iClone (using Win10) ? -  is it even possible ?
thnx Smile
Steve.

Hi Steve,

Unfortunately Ultra HD isn't supported for iClone popVideo export even with Windows 10 (I think the warning message needs updating).

However as the primary purpose of popVideo 3 is to remove green or blue screen backgrounds from standard video formats, you could export Ultra HD from iClone in WMV format, and then remove the background in popVideo 3. You will now be able to export to an Ultra HD popVideo file straight from popVideo 3.
