Hello, Quick update~ When launch iClone, the Live update or RL hub will be launched together, you can see the pop-up icon in System Tray as following:
Both listed an update in the "Live update" or "RL hub".
Live update:

 PS. If you have already installed RL Hub v4.0, the live update will be uninstalled. At present, RL Hub only serves English version, and it will continue to serve other languages in the future.
When/Where can install RL hub? If you ever dowloaded/installed any RL trial product during 2017/12E ~ now, RL Hub might be installed in your computer. or you can download and install manually from : |

I bought the Popcorn FX plug-in when it first came out, or actually before it came out. I haven't used it much, but I figured to get around to learning it at some point. Now I am at that point, and I find, weirdly, that the Supertools are no longer available in my content tab. They display as before, but now when I click on them, I am taken to a webpage advertisement for the Popcorn plug-in. It is as though I had not purchased it. The PopcornFX Library 40 is not affected, it is still there and usable. I tried to do an update, but it did not fix the problem. Before I file a support ticket on this, is this a common problem with an easy fix? Is there a way to uninstall the plug-in without uninstalling Iclone so I can try a re-install?

It seems the whole popcornfx website is down...  EDIT: The popcornfx wiki still functions and there are functioning download links there. Try this page: https://wiki.popcornfx.com/index.php/PK-Editor_v1.13.

Hi, guys, I'll try asking here animagic posted the link to the latest popcornfx editor, the latest version is pk-editor v1.13.
Has the iclone popcornfx plugin been updated for this version of the editor? Thank you for any help.

...the latest version is pk-editor v1.13.
Has the iclone popcornfx plugin been updated for this version of the editor?It does not seem to have been updated. Any project I save with the v1.13 editor will not load in iClone 7.22 Jeff

The wiki has also links to earlier versions: This is for 1.12: https://wiki.popcornfx.com/index.php/PK-Editor_v1.12. I guess that one works? Actually, there are several releases: from 1.12.0 to 1.12.4, and you can also go even further back. Just check the index page of the wiki.
