After days and days working on this problem I've managed to get a Genesis 8 character into iClone via 3dxchange 7 YAY !!! I haven't tried Gen 3 yet. The jaw and eye bones are still not being mapped but that is a known issue and an easy fix. The big problem was getting the visemes and muscles mapped properly. After reading all the posts concerning the genesis imports I started thinking there's a system fault causing a problem that 3dxchange can't work around. After a week of scanning and fixes and scanning and more fixes I used tweaking.com free, which goes through windows like a dose of salts and takes hours. There was a scary moment when after the 1st reboot a checkdisk scan died which lead to my documents folder being rendered unaccessible DOH !! That would have been over 900 GB of data and assets that would have needed reinstalling. A reboot and another checkdisk scan repaired the issue. . Hope this helps. p.s. Apparently theres an update for 3dxchange 7 out soon.
