Have you tried to re-import the same OBJ you just exported, without modifying it and see if the problem already happens ? If so you may be confronted to that same issue: 3DXchange v7.2 Replace Mesh Is Broken

Yes i did. It didn't help it. I first import iAvatar file into 3dxChange, and click the "Export Mesh" button (only face)
I edited the face by changing it's proportions (i scale the mouth a little bit) and i painted the face. After that i click on the "Replace Mesh" button on 3dxchange. I export and import again and again but it didn't help.

Not sure you understood me. Can you test if re-importing (Replace Mesh) an OBJ you just exported (Export Mesh) is re-imported correctly or not ? (without modifying it)

You mean without any change? No, it doesn't cause any problem like that. I exported and directly imported, there is no problem with that. However if you change anything, then it somehow become messed up.

Ok so it is not due to 3DXchange. And the OBJ you export from 3DCoat, the one you have modified that you try to re-import in 3DXchange, does it import back correctly in 3DCoat itself ?

Then it may be 3DXchange after all ; ) As I'm confronted to the same kind of issue on a particular Daz3d asset, would you be kind enough to make your 2 OBJ files available somewhere for download ? (Goggle Drive or something..): 1) The OBJ file directly exported (Export Mesh) from 3DXchange as is, without any change. 2) The OBJ file directly exported from 3DCoat containing your modifications. I would be curious to take a look at those.

Oh and last question, if you import the OBJ containing the modifications you exported from 3DCoat (you can drag&drop it directly into the 3dXchange viewport) as if this was a new prop you wanted to convert, does it load correctly this time ?

Yeah, if you post the OBJ exported from XCHange I'll take a look at it as well (I have 3D Coat).
