Good work George. I hadn't realised you're from UK, where abouts are you? i'm thinking it would be easier for viewers if you collected all 5 videos into a playlist. Makes it easier to view them in sequence..

Hi George, I just ran across this post and viewed your tutorials. I liked them and liked the way you introduce some structure to an otherwise chaotic process for those who have the same frustrations as yourself!
Dell XPS 8900, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3408 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s), 16 GB RAM, - 4 GB GeForce GTX 745, NVIDIA compatible. Acer Aspire V Nitro Laptop, 2.5GHz Intel Core i5-7300HQ processor with 6MB cache, 256GB solid state drive, 16GB Ram, 4 GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics.

Hi George, I just got around to watching your Tutorials, very well put together.
One question. What format was the SketchUp file converted to/exported before going to Blender?

Hi Gerry thank you for the input. Good point about format downloaded the Sketchup 2015 model then exported it as an OBJ to Blender.
Best Regards George

Next question. Did you use an OBJ exporter in SketchUp, and if so which one as there are a few available?
