I've done a lot of tests using the toon shader and the best outline options are still black (see image 1) which accentuate the edges nicely.  The problem is TEETH, which look like they're plaque crusted. :-(

What I'd like to do is use the line work on everything BUT the teeth?  Like this:

Here the teeth are much more toon-like, but unfortunately the outlines are gone everywhere else. (please note: the line detail inside the EARS was painted on the texture map)
I'm trying to figure out if there is a work-around.  I thought about doing a 2 render/matte/compositing passes in After Effects, but this isn't practical for the amount of renders I'll be doing.  The original figure is DAZ 3D G2, and I noticed that outlines don't appear on certain parts of the lips, etc.  Any Ideas?  Suggestions? Solutions?

ALSO!  The expression is from rendering with the MOUTH OPEN box in the texture panel checked.  How can I get this expression in my animation?

TIA
