If one pays for the training materials and tries to follow the instruction it is difficult because the narrator goes too fast.  It is though it assumed that users already know the commands which wouldnt be totally unreasonable if were not a beginners tutorial

Sorry to hear you feel the tutorials are too fast.

It is always wise to make heavy use of the pause button and even replay parts before moving on. This should help. You can also find where everything is in advance by having a look at the Online Manual (Press F1). There is a "Knowing the Environment" section in each manual that explains what each panel or toolbar does. Smile
