Hallo,
nachdem 3DXchange 7.1 beim arbeiten abgestürzt war, laßt es sich nicht menr starten. Ich habe es schon deinstalliert und neu installiert, aber es funktionioert nicht.

nach dem start kommt das Startbild , dann schldht es sich wieder und nichts geschieht mehr.
hat jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte ?

Deinstalliere es nochmal
lass den Registry-Reiniger laufen (CCleaner oder ähnliches)
lade Dir die neueste Version von 3dx aus Deinm Userkonto runter
und installiere nochmals neu
Sollte eigentlich dann wieder klappen

Hallo Postfrosch,
ich habe es mit Revo Uninstaller nochmal deinstalliert, CCleaner laufen lassen, neu installiert ,aber es hat nichts geholfen. Wie kann ich mich an den Reallusion Support wenden und gibt es den auch in deutsch.

Noch eione Frage; Isat Die Graikkartentreiber aktuell? Wenn nicht, dann akutalisieren ihn mal.
(wie auch die anderen Treiber Deines PC) Hilft in manchen Fällen auch.
